Returns and Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:
The ring must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and documentation included.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@rusticmens.com.

Steps for Returns/Exchanges:
1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your ring to request a return/exchange.
2. We’ll provide you with the necessary instructions for returning/exchanging.
3. Securely pack the ring in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
4. Return the ring to the shipping address we provide.
5. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange, and you will be notified.

Please Note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was an error on our part.
For exchanges, if the new item is of a higher value, you will be charged the difference.
