Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our rings. Each ring purchased from our shop comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects, including but not limited to:
Metal cracks or breaks
Loose stones (if applicable)
Defective clasps or bands

What is not covered:
Damage caused by improper care or accidents (e.g., scratches, bent bands)
Alterations or resizing performed by third-party jewelers
Normal wear and tear

How to make a warranty claim:
1. Contact our customer service team at support@rusticmens.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. We may ask for photos or additional information to process your claim.
3. If the item is covered by warranty, we will either repair or replace the ring at no additional cost to you.


Exclusions and Limitations

We reserve The right To refuse returns, exchanges, or warranty claims that do not meet The conditions outlined above.
Rings that have been resized, altered, or engraved by a third party will void The warranty.
